Yes. Before starting the sale, I review actual transactions in the area, active competition, the property condition, building type, floor, layout and other details that affect the price. The goal is to find a realistic range, not rely only on asking prices in portals.

Yes. I have worked with situations involving inherited property, several owners, minor heirs, co-ownership and divorce-related sales. In these transactions, clear communication, proper documents and understandable decisions are especially important.
